Business Systems Manager required within a leading blue chip organisation based in Cambridgeshire.
You will already be working in a senior role with a minimum of 5 years commercial experience. A background in Media or FMCG would be a distinct advantage. The role requires candidates to manage teams, projects and workloads efficiently and proactively, working in line with the business demands. You will be a key player in the development of the IT team and the individuals within therefore you will need to have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills, strong relationship management and people development skills.
You will be required to work at all levels within the business as well as working with external partners and customers. A demonstrated aptitude to bridge the gap between the Business and IT is crucial for this role.Candidates will be expected to show a strong awareness of current and emerging technologies, have a thorough understanding of Project Management skills alongside industry best practice.
